How are you all doing? Generally, I notice people supporting me when I say I hate Monday :P. If you hate Monday because you have to work, I can only wish you have a relaxed Monday. If you hate Monday because you need to work out, then perhaps I might help :).

HIIT is efficient and perhaps the best workout for a busy schedule. You can train better in just 15 minutes using HIIT than doing cardio for the same time.  2 weeks of HIIT can improve your aerobic capacity! So, even when you are short of time 3 times between Monday to Friday, you can do HIIT. No more excuses of skipping your exercise will work 😉
